Many states will allow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for legal instruction seminars taken on DVD, especially when there is an opportunity for emailing questions.  Accordingly, as part of your purchase we are including the opportunity for you to email us with any questions you may have regarding the contests of the of course.

Should you wish to apply for Continuing Legal Education credit, please first find out your own state’s requirements.  Each state is different. Please obtain the forms and do whatever else is necessary to obtain the credit. We are happy to assist in this process by signing a certification form or providing curriculum vitae. However, it is the responsibility of the individual attorney to see that each state’s respective CLE requirements are met.
